Clinical reasoning. Healthy study habits. Emotional resilience.
Medicine is a marathon, not a sprint. Future physicians thrive when they build emotional resilience, intentional study habits, and a grounded understanding of how to care for themselves while caring for others. Stay Curious MD exists to make this journey healthier, clearer, and more sustainable.
I built Stay Curious MD because I know exactly what it feels like to struggle in silence. Medical school pushed me in ways I never expected. Some students feel heavy academically. Others feel heavy mentally. For me, there were days when it seemed like everyone around me was moving forward while I stayed stuck, confused, or exhausted. I felt behind more times than I can count.
What kept me going was curiosity. I was never the student who always understood everything right away, but I was always curious. That curiosity made me search for better ways to study, better ways to think, and healthier ways to show up for myself. It made me explore research, learning science, wellness, burnout, and every tool I could find to understand how to grow academically and mentally.
Stay Curious MD reflects that journey. Everything on this website comes from things I studied out of genuine curiosity and the desire to get better. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, what has helped others, and what might help you too. I’m also here to listen, to learn alongside you, and to support you as you figure out your own path.
This space is for students who are trying, struggling, rebuilding, and learning how to rise again. If this is where you are right now, you’re not alone. We can grow together, one question, one strategy, one moment of curiosity at a time.
